Because we are a small online boutique company with a special selection of limited items, refunds are not possible. Exchanges are accepted with the exception of sales items. Items that are returned, a credit will be issued and customers have up to 90 days to use this credit.
Customers in the United States will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For exchange orders, Joe Sutton Collection will cover the cost of shipping replacement merchandise. Returns are not accepted on International orders.
- Products must be unwashed, unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- We ONLY accept returns and exchanges of product shipped within the United States.
- Returns or exchanges of full-price merchandise must be made within 12 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- Sale merchandise and promotions cannot be returned.
- Only items purchased via joesuttoncollection.com may be returned to our online store.
- Pack the item securely in the original package (if possible).
- Please include in the package the following: Name, Date, Return or Exchange (if we are exchanging, note what the new item you are seeking) and reason for return.
